Hidden doubles technique
This technique show you how you can disregard certain numbers in the same cell so can be left only with the useful ones.
In this video we are going to show you how to use the Hidden Doubles technique in combination with the Notes Mode.
Let’s try to find a row, column or block with exactly 2 distinct numbers that appear only in 2 cells. In this case, this is the last column, and two cells containing distinct numbers are marked cells with numbers 1 and 9. This means that we can safely exclude all other numbers in these cells (in this case, number 6).
