Pointing triples technique
This is a similar technique to Pointing pairs, except it focuses on cells with 3 unique numbers instead of 2.
In this video we are going to show you how to use the Pointing Triples technique in combination with the Notes Mode.
This technique is very similar to the Pointing Pairs technique. The goal is to find a number that is present in three cells within the same block, but also needs to be part of the same row or column.
In this case, this is the number 4. As number 4 must be in one of the three cells within the block, that means it can’t be anywhere else on the shared row or column.
